Trust goes hand in hand with leadership. Trust is the bridge between the known and unknown. We are living in times of transition as the world continues to change by the second. This session will explore the different dimensions of trust (trust in our virtual teams, trust in our leaders, trust in ourselves and our organizations). Trust is a conduit for innovation and necessary to move forward and beyond 2020. Address how trust is shifting, the variables affecting perceptions, the impact and consequences of communication and the importance of transparency. How trust enables us to navigate uncertainty, place our faith in people and take leaps into the unknown.
