Megan Deal

MEGAN DEAL is the AVPD GM at HomeGoods Distribution. Recently, Deal celebrated her 10-year anniversary with TJX and has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing herself and others in each of her roles with HomeGoods. Deal developed a strong track record of operational excellence, high performing teams, and focused on building teams of leaders who worked collaboratively. Deal has progressed into her current role as the GM of the Bloomfield, Connecticut distribution center where she leads the team that delivers to the northeast stores for both HomeGoods and Homesense brands. Throughout her career, Deal has been a champion for inclusion and diversity specifically focused on women in distribution.  With a peer, she brought a new associate resource group to the distribution centers with the focus on recruiting, retaining, developing, and promoting women within distribution in TJX reaching both women and their business allies.
