There will be many more attendees at this year’s conference than there are available parking spots at the Convention Center.

We strongly encourage carpooling, ride sharing, and mass transit options. Grab a group of friends or colleagues and extend your #MassWomen networking to and from the conference!

Public Transportation is an Excellent Option

The BCEC is easily accessible by Public Transportation. Below is the link to the MBTA Trip Planner, which will show you the most direct ways to get to the BCEC from your location. Additionally, the link to the MBTA Parking Options will show you which train, subway and bus stations have parking.

Additionally, there are a number of private bus services that will bring you into South Station. Click here to download a list of providers [DOC] including fares, travel times, and websites. All charter drop-off is located on the BCEC’s West Drive.

Taxis

Uber/Lyft pick-up and drop-off locations can be found at Northwest Level 1 and along D Street (see map).

The MCCA informs taxi drivers and taxicab companies serving the South Boston area prior to this event of the event dates and expected break times. The marquee sign in front of the BCEC will show a message at the break of the event saying “BCEC needs cabs” which can be seen throughout the Seaport District.

Parking Options:

Parking On-Site

Parking at the BCEC is $17 for self-parking and $30 for valet. Parking on-site is limited; only 1,340 spaces are available for self-parking and another 600 spaces for valet. If you plan to park on site, please plan to arrive early. If you are arriving after 7:00 am, you should plan to go directly to the off-site lots to save time.
