Elvie Gee

ELVIE GEE is the VP DEI business advisor at Liberty Mutual. She leads, drives and activates the DEI strategy within Liberty’s global risk solutions business. Gee joined Liberty with over a decade of experience with global Fortune 100 companies in the US and Canada. She has developed global enterprise-wide strategies in diversity, equity and inclusion, talent management, and change leadership. Gee is passionate about advocating for people with disabilities, being a caregiver of a child on the autism spectrum, which has led to the work she leads today.
