In this 30-minute teleclass, Christine Porath, professor of management at Georgetown University and author of Mastering Civility: A Manifesto for the Workplace, will share why it pays to be civil and how you can enhance your influence and effectiveness just by being civil. Everyone who is a manager or aspires to be one must sit in on on this class!
