Welcome from the Board

Welcome from the Board of Directors

Dear Women of Massachusetts,

Welcome to the seventh annual Massachusetts Conference for Women website. Last year, we had record attendance and are now the largest women’s conference in the country! Help us grow this year by signing up today and take advantage of our new website.

You’ll notice some changes we’ve made to give you what you want throughout the year — more resources, seminars and connections.

You don’t want to miss our star-studded keynote lineup on December 8: humanitarian and award-winning movie and television actress America Ferrera, life coach and O, The Oprah Magazine, columnist Martha Beck, and WNBA player and former Olympic athlete Marion Jones, will be among the dozens of speakers at this one-day event for women from across Massachusetts.

While you can expect the quality programming that we have consistently delivered through the years, we are thrilled to take the program to new heights. We’ve developed several ways to bring you more effective and focused content including two tracks for career advancement to accommodate for varying experience levels, as well as two new tracks on reinvention and social media. We are also thrilled to launch Local Leader “Meet Ups” and Expert Exchange Sessions which foster peer networking and give you the opportunity to engage with a diversity of business, corporate, civic and community speakers in a more intimate setting.

Just when you thought one day was all you needed, we are partnering with Tory Johnson, “Good Morning America” workplace contributor on the first annual Massachusetts Conference for Women Spark & Hustle Small Business Boot Camp on December 7.

This additional full day of programming is designed specifically for current and aspiring small business owners. Register here to sign up for TWO days of incredible programming!

We are also bringing back the popular Health & Wellness Pavilion, in addition to our Career Pavilion, which will offer networking opportunities, resume critiques, Mentor Match and NEW local leader “Meet-Ups.”

We are adding new components daily as we hear what YOU want, so please come back to our website for updates, connect with us via social media and visit our Resources page to join the conversation.

We hope you will experience first-hand the energy and excitement of the seventh annual Massachusetts Conference for Women and take our challenge to Live Fearlessly!

Warmest regards,

Board of Directors
