MONISHA DABEK, chief commercial officer and general manager, USA, is an accomplished executive and leader in the consumer products industry. With Ocean Spray she has oversight of the P&L for the USA business, with direct responsibility for the brand marketing, sales, innovation, consumer insights, revenue management, and analytics functions. Dabek’s breadth of industry experience includes management consulting, sales, brand marketing, innovation and strategy. Prior to Ocean Spray, she worked with Danone North America, with roles centered in the brand marketing organization, spanning leadership positions in Plant Based Food & Beverage (Silk, SoDelicious), RTD Coffee (International Delight & Stok), and other portfolio brands. Throughout her career, Dabek has led cross functional teams, managed P&L’s, and driven successful transformation efforts for brands through brand building, marketplace development strategies, and innovation. She currently resides in the Boston MA area with her husband and two children. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with family & friends.
