Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at The Massachusetts Conference for Women. Due to current circumstances, the Conference will be 100% virtual this year. We are excited that we will be adding a virtual exhibit hall to the Conference. We are still in the final stages of creating this element, so we cannot yet share with you the details of what it will look like. However, we know that it will include, at a minimum, an interactive area for exhibitors to showcase their company and/or products to our attendees. See below for more details that we can share at this time, we will continually update this information as it becomes available.

Virtual Exhibit Hall Dates:

December 10-18, 2020

The main conference will be on December 10th with playback of breakouts and exhibit hall content available until December 18th for attendees only. We will post exact exhibit hall hours for live interaction with attendees at a later time. It will be an optional element for the exhibitors to participate in real time interaction with attendees during these times.

Archived Exhibit Hall:

The archived exhibit hall will be available to our full conference community for at least 6 months.

Facebook Marketplace:

November 20 – December 20, 2020

Exhibitors will have the option of joining our Facebook Marketplace and posting directly to this marketplace to highlight products, specials, discounts, etc. This Marketplace will be limited to our Women-Owned Businesses.
