Mike Gabree

Mike Gabree is executive vice president and head of technology for Workplace Investing (WI), a division of Fidelity Investments, leading provider of retirement, investments and benefits solutions for more than 23,000 companies and millions of their employees.

In this role, Mr. Gabree manages Information Technology (IT) for WI, which delivers industry-leading technology solutions to secure the financial well-being of its customers. This includes recordkeeping, digital, mobile, data and operations platforms. The WI technology organization currently serves over 25,000 clients, 32 million plan participant accounts and $2.9 trillion in customer assets under administration.

Mr. Gabree began his career in Personal Investments as a licensed phone representative in 1998. In 2002, he moved into IT where he progressed from an associate support analyst through several divisional CIO roles. Prior to joining WI, he served as the Head of Advanced Process Solutions (APS), where he led efforts to enhance Fidelity’s digitization through process automation.

Mr. Gabree is a co-regional leader for the New Hampshire region, co-leader of the Allies Connection and executive sponsor of the NH WITSIG (Women in Technology Special Interest Group).

Mr. Gabree received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
