MEREDITH FLYNN-RIPLEY is vice president of mobile messaging at Salesforce, where she is responsible for the vision and strategy of messaging platforms and products for Salesforce Service Cloud. She brings more than twenty years of experience in mobile technologies. Most recently, Flynn-Ripley was co-founder and CEO of HeyWire, a cloud-based enterprise messaging solution, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2016. Previously, she was the CEO of Stargus (acquired by ARRIS), and Into Networks (Acquired by Softricity and then Microsoft). Before joining the entrepreneurial world, she was a founding member of the RoadRunner joint venture between Time Warner, MediaOne, and Microsoft. Flynn-Ripley started her career at Ogilvy & Mather Interactive, and earned a BA in journalism cum laude from Lehigh University. @salesforce
