Kristin Hendrickson

KRISTIN HENDRICKSON is a strategic business partner with Boston Scientific. She is an accomplished supply chain professional with more than twenty years offering a proven track record in developing and executing strategies to drive results across multiple disciplines. Hendrickson is responsible for defining the strategy, organizational design and tactical plans for the Close the Gap mission, together with our Close the Gap team and various business stakeholders within Boston Scientific. Prior to Close the Gap, she was an internal consultant and value improvement champion at Boston Scientific. She was an effective, motivational leader that led global, cross-functional teams fostering collaboration towards common goals for all areas within the interventional cardiology and peripheral intervention divisions, and has been instrumental in saving approximately $168M in cost and incremental revenue. Hendrickson has led the organization through significant change and superior results as a member of the interventional cardiology, peripheral intervention and cardiac rhythm management boards, as well as, the materials, supply chain and operational excellence councils. She has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility primarily within sales, finance, operations, supply chain management and corporate. Hendrickson earned a BS in French and communications from the University of Minnesota and from the University of Nice, France and is bilingual. @bostonsci
