Juliette Mayers is executive director, multicultural marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She is an award-winning executive, business strategist and a passionate community advocate. Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick appointed her to the Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board, a state-wide policy making board that advises the governor on workforce investment. Mayers is emeritus board president of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD), a $150 million anti-poverty organization and the largest community action agency in the country. A networking guru, Mayers is the author of a new book, “A Black Woman’s Guide to Networking, Advance Your Career. Grow Your Business!” She is a sought-after speaker on topics such as leadership, women on boards, multicultural marketing and networking.
