ERIN BENTZ is the sr. director global talent center of excellence at New Balance Athletics. She is responsible for the strategies, platforms,and tools that drive growth and development within the organization. With over 20 years of professional experience, Bentz has guided global organizations through growth and transformation in roles focused on people strategy, talent, and organizational development. She helps organizations, leaders, and teams define what matters, connect with their unique talents, build essential capabilities, and create meaningful change. Bentz holds a BA in psychology, an MBA, and multiple certifications in executive coaching, workforce planning, and DEI. She also serves on the executive committee of The Conference Board’s Talent Executives Council. Bentz lives outside of Boston with her partner and enjoys spending time with family. A long-time practitioner of meditation and mindfulness, she strives to live a wholistic, intentional,and values-driven life—and to help others do the same.
