BROOKE FORBES is the head of stock plan services & non-qual in Fidelity’s Workplace Investing Business. Forbes and her team lead an organization that provides recordkeeping and brokerage solutions to help employers manage their equity compensation plans and drive lifetime participant engagement. Forbes has more than 28 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, and technology. Most recently she has led technology and agile business practices in Fidelity’s Personal Investing business, leading a global technology organization to accelerate digital capabilities and strategies for millions of Fidelity customers. Where she truly excels is driving digital transformations and making continuous improvements to multi-channel experiences and product offerings for customers and associates. She is an active promoter of the Fidelity brand in the marketplace and an advocate for Fidelity’s diversity and inclusion efforts through leadership positions in the Women’s Leadership Group (Fidelity’s largest Employee Resource Group) and Impact (elevates Fidelity’s position as a leader in environmental sustainability).
