2023 Conference Lunch Ingredients/Allergens

Please Note: The deadline to request special meals has passed, but we will honor late requests as long as supplies last. If you are attending as part of a group, please ask the main registrant for your group to update your meal selection.


Standard Meal

  • Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich on Multigrain — Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Aioli, and Balsamic Glaze
  • Cape Cod Chips
  • Seasonal Fruit Salad
  • Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie

Ingredients:

Sandwich: Chicken Breast, Salt, Pepper, Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Mayonnaise, Basil, Balsamic Glaze, Multigrain Roll (Wheat Flour Enriched ([Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Whole Oats, Molasses, Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Natural Preservative (Wheat Flour, Cultured Wheat Flour, Cultured Wheat Starch and Wheat Flour, Sour Dough [Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Water, Starter Cultures, Acetic Acid]), Dough Conditioner (Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Sugar, Salt, White Rye Flour, Yeast, Ascorbic Acid, Whole Fresh Eggs, Whole Milk.
