The business of being human on social media is a tricky navigation of keeping true to who you are 24/7 – whether at home or work. This session will explore how both brands and humans can maintain that balance of authenticity and accessibility on social media by discussing State Street’s recent foray into using emojis to express financial regulations. Kristie Helms, State Street’s own head of digital marketing, will share her personal tips for keeping it both real and professional – gleaned from more than 20 years of online oversharing.
