Shanna Deng
SHANNA DENG is the global VP of marketing for the surgical division at Hologic. She joined Hologic in May 2016 as a senior marketing manager and moved into the director of marketing role in November 2016 before taking on the VP role in July of 2017. Deng oversees a team of upstream, downstream, and digital marketers, and is responsible for setting and driving the business strategy for the current portfolio while partnering cross-functionally to prepare for the future of the surgical division. Before joining Hologic, Deng ran her own marketing consulting business for five years, serving a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, she held marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Genzyme. She serves on the board of the Charles River YMCA. Deng earned a BA in anthropology and Spanish from Cornell University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business. @hologic
