Romina Bongiovanni
ROMINA BONGIOVANNI is head of global communications at New Balance. She leads communications strategies that drive brand share of voice and consideration via earned and owned vehicles. The collective work of her regional and local teams furthers the New Balance’s “Fearlessly Independent” brand ethos. In her prior role as group director at Saatchi & Saatchi, she oversaw earned and social media communications for Toyota, including the public relations for the brand’s global Olympics & Paralympics campaign, “Start Your Impossible,” and the U.S. programs for “Let’s Go Places.” Prior, she co-led the creation of Edelman’s multicultural division as senior vice president of the global firm, where she served clients such as: Microsoft, Xbox, Starbucks, Levi’s, Nestle, American Heart Association “Go Red for Women,” and The Latin Recording Academy. She is committed to using her expertise and sports to empower underserved communities. Bongiovanni earned her BBA in Argentina and a marketing diploma from UCLA. @newbalance
