NANCY B. ROSEDALE is the New England South small business banking manager at Bank of America. Rosedale  leads a team of bankers who are dedicated to making an impact on the communities of Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts – helping small businesses access the capital they need to thrive and grow, improving cash flow and creating a path to become more efficient through our best-in-class, digital solutions. Rosedale was honored to receive the 2021 Valiant Award for Leadership Dexterity and is also a proud graduate of Leader Mastery for 2022. Prior to her business banking career, Rosedale held a number of leadership positions within the residential mortgage industry and was a commercial real estate investor for many years. Rosedale received her BA in English from Merrimack College in 1992 and a Commercial Lending Certificate from the New England College of Business and Finance in 2011.
