Marlo Tapley

MARLO TAPLEY is a senior sales and operations executive for North America Applications (NAA) at Oracle. She is responsible for territory and data governance, strategic project management, and execution on sales strategies while supporting talent development of the sales team. Initially, she joined Oracle as sales leader, but expanded her career as director in cloud business group, then was promoted to chief of staff on the NAA operations team. Prior to joining Oracle, Tapley was the senior vice president of sales for Silkroad Technologies, where she led a sales team covering the western US and all of Canada. Tapley serves as a mentor for Everwise and actively volunteers at an international and local level for Gamma Phi Beta. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and currently lives outside of Boulder with her husband and two children: Riley and Chayse.
