Lynley Noviello

Lynley Noviello is the senior services director for the Enterprise East Area with Cisco Systems.  She is a 20 year industry veteran and 17 year Cisco veteran who has held a variety of sales leadership roles across different functions.  Her background lies in technology sales and leadership development. As the area services director, Noviello is responsible for leading her team to drive and deliver profitable services growth in both foundational and professional services.  Her team focuses on selling solutions that enable business outcomes to the Enterprise East customer base which is comprised of many of the largest Fortune 500 companies.  Collaborating across key functional groups such as area sales, marketing, operations and finance is a primary responsibility to ensure relevant, innovative solutions are brought to market.  In addition to her business responsibilities, Noviello is passionate about developing talent, mentoring emerging leaders and creating a culture of inclusion and diversity. She serves as an advisory board member for Inwood House and nPower in the tristate area.  In addition, she is the executive sponsor for the Cisco Connected Women East Chapter.  Noviello earned a B.S. in communications from the University of Southern California and resides in Summit, N.J. @cisco
