Executive Mentor | That’s a Good Question: How to Soar in STEM

LORI LEBSON  is senior vice president, North America medical affairs at the US businesses of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Dr. Lebson leads the neurology and immunology, oncology, fertility and HIV teams responsible for driving medical strategy, scientific communications, and data generation to transform patient care. She completed her PhD in neuroimmunology at the University of South Florida. After completing her doctorate, she continued her education as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Lebson is also the co-lead for Women in Leadership North America at EMD Serono. She mentors young women who aspire to have a career in science and STEM to support the next generation of female leaders.
