Prior to Klaviyo, Peretti served as DocuSign’s Group vice president of customer success, where she developed, executed, and delivered comprehensive customer success programs. With experience in leadership roles at Adobe, Qlik, and Symantec. A Massachusetts native, Peretti spends time between the Bay Area and Greater Boston, where she lives with her husband. Kim has two adult children and a rescue dog named Vinny.
