She is a recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Gillian Rudd Business Leadership Award for her longstanding commitment to women business owners worldwide. Bain is the co-chair of Bank of America’s domestic violence task force and is a recipient of the Bank of America CEO Diversity & Inclusion Award. Bain also serves as a lecturer at the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
