JANET KRAUS is co-founder and CEO of Peach, a lifestyle brand with a mission to help women “elevate their everyday” and thrive personally and professionally. For customers, Peach offers contemporary and comfortable apparel for work, gym and play; for its cadre of social-sales brand representatives across the US, an opportunity to start their own fashion business without the financial risk. Kraus spent four years as a senior lecturer teaching entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School when she met designer and e-commerce developer Derek Ohly, who joined her to serve as co-founder and COO of Peach.  Since 2010 she has remained an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard, where she advises students in entrepreneurship. Previously, Kraus co-founded and sold two companies in the high-end travel and leisure industry: Spire and Circles. An angel investor and startup advisor, Kraus has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Fortune Small Business and New York Times. Kraus is a recipient of Boston’s 40 Under 40 and a finalist of Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.  An entrepreneur’s advocate, she sits on the board of directors of three start-up companies and advises many others. Kraus earned a BA from Yale, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  @janetkraus @withlovepeach
