Dr. Charmain F. Jackman

CHARMAIN F. JACKMAN, PhD is a mission-driven psychologist-entrepreneur. After obtaining her doctorate degree in psychology, she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. Jackman is the founder and CEO of InnoPsych, Inc., an organization focused on changing the face of therapy by making it easier for individuals of color to find therapists of color, curating emotional wellness resources, and empowering therapists of color to launch their own wellness-focused businesses. As a public speaker, Jackman educates all types of audiences about the intersection of diversity and mental health. In April 2019, InnoPsych, Inc., was awarded the Citizens Bank Small Business Community Champion Award. Through her mission-driven initiatives, Jackman aspires to bring healing to communities of color by ensuring that anyone who wants therapy can find a therapist that looks like them.  @docjackman
