BRANDIS RUSSELL is Converse’s GM/VP of North America, where she oversees integrated strategy across all verticals in the geography. Throughout her career, Russell has earned repeated recognition for her passion and commitment. Prior to her GM role, Russell served as VP, global footwear, leading transformation of the company’s approach to footwear strategy, creation, and execution; driving the vision for benefit-driven platforms like Converse CX while re-centering product expression and diversification through strategies like the “Chuck Ecosystem.” She also led our product return to basketball, amplifying our storied basketball roots through new innovations and re-issues like the Weapon and Pro Leather.
