Alison Quirk

Alison A. Quirk is an executive vice president at State Street Corporation and is chief human resources and citizenship officer. She is responsible for all aspects of global human resources and corporate citizenship company wide. She is the driving force in the development of State Street’s culture, ensuring that employees feel engaged, valued and committed to the markets and clients we serve. She is also a member of State Street’s Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.
