Ali LaValley

ALI LAVALLEY is the director of global Converse procurement at Converse.  She leads global procurement strategy for the renowned footwear brand, establishing best-in-class partnerships internally and externally and identifying opportunities to drive value for the organization.  Deeply passionate about self-development and leadership development, Lavalley serves as the chair of Converse’s Women of Converse (WOC) employee network.  WOC empowers, inspires, and connects all women in the Converse community, as well as identifying and executing upon community impact initiatives that align with WOC’s mission.  Lavalley is also a board member of the Women of Global Operations network for Nike, Inc.  She was recently honored with a Global Procurement Values Award, and recognized as a Just Do It award finalist, two highly regarded achievements within the Nike, Inc, family.  Lavalley began her career at Proctor & Gamble/Gillette, where she held roles across the finance and supply chain teams.  She earned a BA economics from Smith College. @converse
