Yvonne Garcia is senior vice president and Global head of client solutions group and program management office with State Street Corporation. She is also National chairwoman for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).Garcia is the co-founding chair of Milagros para Niños, a board at Children’s Hospital in Boston, which has raised more than $4 million in funds for Hispanic children who can’t afford medical care. She also actively served on former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s Latino-American advisory commission board. Garcia was a recipient of Boston Business Journal’s40-under-40 award for 2008 and was selected as a Top 25 Women for Hispanic Business Magazine for 2009. She was selected as the Top 5 Latina Executive in the Country by Latina Style magazine for 2012, and Top 100-under-50 Executive Leader for Diversity MBA for 2013. Most recently, Garcia was appointed to the executive board for Boston 2024 Olympics, and The Boston Club and was selected as Top 22 Most Influential Women in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journalfor 2015. Garcia earned an M.B.A. from Boston University in finance and marketing and a B.A. from SUNY Albany. She is also a graduate of the ARMY R.O.T.C. program at Siena College in Loudonville, NY and holds a Certificate in Economics and Culture from La Sorbonne in Paris, France. @statestreet
