NATHALIE GRENACHE is SVP, People & Culture, Global Specialty Care and North America at Sanofi. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership to Sanofi’s Specialty Care and North America organizations and partners with the executive team to deliver our ambitious people strategy. Grenache serves as a member of the Global Sanofi HR Leadership Team and is the executive sponsor of the Capable and Able Network Employee Resource Group. Prior to joining Sanofi, Grenache has more than 20 years of human resources experience working in a variety of companies such as Air Liquide, Rogers Communications, Pratt & Whitney, and Bombardier. She has served as a practicing lawyer and is fully bilingual in French and English, having studied and worked in Canada, France, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Grenache earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Montreal and her law degree from Barreau de Montreal. She and her family live in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
