Vina Leite

Vina Leite is senior director, human resources for the EMC Solutions Group. With 2010 consolidated revenues of $17 billion and approximately 48,500 employees, EMC is the world’s leading developer and provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions that enable organizations of all sizes to transform the way they compete and create value from their information. Leite is a veteran HR executive who has held leadership roles within the IT industry. Within EMC, she lead the human resources division of the ESG business, which is responsible for working closely with business units, sales teams and select EMC technical partners to deliver proven solutions that accelerate the adoption and scale of EMC products by customers who are undergoing an IT transformation by deploying cloud computing and big data solutions. Prior to joining EMC, Leite was director of HR for RSA Corporation, the security division at EMC, where she served as the strategic business partner for Americas, APJ and EMEA regions for multiple functions.  Before joining RSA, she was the regional director of HR with ACI Worldwide and the vice president of human resources for Unicom, a global services organization.  Leite is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and a certified Professional in Human Resource Management.  She earned a B.S. in business management from Rhode Island College and an M.S. in organizational management, specialization in HR from Capella University.
