Youth Villages Massachusetts is a private nonprofit organization with the mission to help children and families live successfully. Youth Villages operates on the belief that children are best raised by their families and that families can best raise their children when they receive effective help that changes family dynamics and sets families up for long-term success. Youth Villages provides two programs: intensive in-home services and transitional living. Intensive in-home services works with children with emotional, behavioral and mental health issues and their families in their own homes. Intensive in-home services works both with families whose child is at risk of being removed from the home and with families whose child always has been removed from the home to help reunify the child with the family as quickly as possible.
