Sue Collard

SUE COLLARD is VP of strategy and operations for belonging, diversity, and equity at UKG. She is focused on driving operational excellence and leading strategic programs including the buildout of the DEI&B operational framework and processes, foundational learning curriculum, sales enablement/customer engagement programs, and ambassador program. Over the last 25+ years, Collard has held senior management positions in DE&I operations and strategy as well as in marketing and talent development. These roles span various industries within start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and ad agencies. Collard’s combination of business and DE&I experience allow her to bring business acumen, innovation, and a people mindset when developing DE&I strategies and programs supporting ALL to rise.
