MOLLY Q. FORD is the director of global equality programs at Salesforce. Salesforce has been called the World’s Most Innovative Company by Forbes, and one of Fortune’sBest Companies to Work for nine years in a row. In her role, Ford is responsible for shaping and sharing the company’s core value of Equality and evangelizing the Salesforce culture. Salesforce works together with their entire Ohana — employees, customers, partners, community organizations and the tech industry — to build a path forward to Equality for all. Ford is responsible for founding the inaugural Dreamforce Women’s Summit which took place in 2015 and has evolved into the Dreamforce Equality Summit. Hosting keynotes from trailblazers such as Billie Jean King, Bernard J. Tyson, and Natalie Portman, and Taraji P. Henson the Equality summit aims to showcase the voices of diverse thought leaders on one of the largest stages at Dreamforce. With more than fifteen years of PR experience, she was responsible for building awareness for Salesforce Service Cloud, the world’s #1 customer service and support solution. Prior to joining Salesforce, she held positions at major technology companies including Cisco, Check Point Software, IBM and UMAX. Ford earned a BS in public relations from San Jose State University. @salesforce
