MICHELLE VETOVIS is the global co-chair of Fidelity’s Women’s Leadership Group and general manager of Fidelity’s Personal Investing Regional Center. Utilizing her award-winning leadership approach, Vetovis has scaled the Rhode Island office from 25 associates in August of 2021 to over 800 associates in 2023 for the Personal Investments Function, focused in Fidelity’s newest retail distribution client management and sales organization. She has over 20 years of leadership experience spanning across several industries and organizations, including roles within Citizens Bank and the Department of Defense. Vetovis has bachelor’s degrees in marketing & HR management from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, a Systems Engineering & Project Management Certificate from George Washington University, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Bryant University & a Certificate in Inclusive Leadership from Simmons University.  She serves on the board of the Life is Good Playmaker project and currently holds her Series 4,7,9,10 & 66 FINRA licenses.
