Melody E. Lee
MELODY E. LEE is the director of brand and reputation strategy at Global Cadillac. In this position, Lee is responsible for building Cadillac’s global brand identity and driving a clear and consistent strategy across all of its channels, products and markets. As part of her portfolio, she oversees events and sponsorships that impact Cadillac’s broader brand image, and coordinates market research, analytics and communications. Prior to joining Cadillac, Lee was executive vice president at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, one of the world’s leading public relations agencies. At H+K, she provided strategic communications and public affairs counsel to corporate clients, and led the office of the global chairman. Before transitioning into the role of executive vice president at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Lee was a director at Public Strategies. Prior to joining Public Strategies, Lee led market research and logistics analysis for a major national advertising company. She has also worked for the Bureau for Citizenship and Immigration Services of the U.S. Department of Justice and as a project manager for a promotional goods manufacturer in Beijing, China. Lee speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese. She earned a B.S. and an M.S. in international affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology, and also attended the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. @cadillac
