Melinda Vaccaro

MELINDA VACCARO is chief financial officer at Converse. In her role, Vaccaro is responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of Converse financial performance globally. Vaccaro is also passionate about creating environments where diversity is encouraged and celebrated. She co-chairs the NIKE, Inc. Finance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force, and is a co-executive sponsor of Women of Converse, an employee resource group. Before joining Converse, Vaccaro held multiple roles at NIKE, Inc., including VP, Nike Innovation Finance & Strategy, and CFO, Nike Japan. Vaccaro received her MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
