Megan Duelks
MEGAN DUELKS is the Americas lead in the Employee Health Innovation Center of Excellence at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). In this role, she is responsible for identifying and assessing innovative health and well-being solutions for J&J employees and families to help them become the healthiest workforce. Additionally, she is a subject matter expert for the company’s wellness and health promotion, mental well-being and workplace effectiveness, and energy for performance programs and services. Before starting her current role, she spent thirteen years overseeing wellness and fitness services at various J&J locations with ten of those years focused on J&J’s world headquarters location. She has also spent the last eight years as a performance coach delivering J&J’s Energy for Performance® program. In this role, she has delivered keynotes, one and two-day courses, and train the trainer programs, reaching over 8,500 individuals with the Energy Management message. Duelks earned a BS in exercise science and sports studies with a minor in psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and she maintains CPT and Group Fitness Instructor certifications from ACE as well as certifications for Spinning and TRX. @jnjcares
