Lynn Tinney leads the strategy team responsible for defining and implementing business strategy across the Americas services sales team. She brings to her role a well-rounded blend of sales, marketing, advanced services, technical services and smart services experience. Tinney’s goal, and passion, is to develop strategies that recognize and build upon the strengths, commitments and needs of the Americas services sales organization. Prior to this role, Tinney was the director of services for Americas services field marketing. Her unique combination of talents and experience brought the reality and voice of sales to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and programs influencing over $1.8B of incremental opportunity in the last year alone. Tinney joined Cisco February 2008 leading the field development team for smart services. She began her career at IBM Corporation before moving to Compaq, Enterasys Networks and Siemens AG. As vice president of channel sales for both Siemens and Enterasys, Tinney established herself as a strong partner sales leader. Tinney earned her master’s degree at Bentley University’s McCallum School of Business.
