Lauren Duprey

LAUREN DUPREY is the CHRO of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. with responsibility for delivering an exceptional global people experience. She joined Takeda in 2019 as head of human resources for the US business unit, global product & launch strategy, and US people advisory groups. At Takeda, Duprey implemented a transformation of US HR, including a new operating model, structure, capabilities, and technology. Additionally, she built a new DE&I organization which has shaped a leading-edge strategy for Takeda in the US. Prior to joining Takeda, Duprey served as head of HR, US organization & worldwide medical at Biogen where she developed and drove the talent and organization strategy, and served as a trusted advisor for key business, talent, and organizational decisions. Duprey holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Harvard and an MBA from MIT and resides in Boston with her husband and three children.
