Kimberly Lounds Foster
KIMBERLY LOUNDS FOSTER is senior vice president of the global supply chain at Bristol Myers Squibb. She joined Bristol Myers Squibb through the Celgene acquisition in 2019 after leading Celgene’s Global Supply & Technical Operations organization. Prior to Celgene, she was head of global supply chain at Novartis’ Cell & Gene Therapy unit, where she was responsible for building out the commercial and clinical autologous supply chain for the first FDA approved CAR T cell therapy. She held various positions at Sandoz, where she built the external supply operations functions for the Americas and managed Sandoz US supply chain for in-line products, new products launch, and managed the warehouse and distributions network. Prior to Novartis, Foster held various roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Baxter Healthcare, Accenture, and Merck. She has earned numerous awards for excellence in leadership, technical operations, product launches, and negotiations, including two CEO Performance Awards (Celgene), the President Platinum Award, and CEO Launch Excellence Award (Novartis). Foster holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in chemical engineering from Northwestern University. @bmsnews
