Kerry H. McManama builds brands and businesses from the inside out. She believes if corporations want customers to behave or feel a certain way, they need to convert employees first and provide resources to completely and accurately share the story. If that’s done well, the rest – she says – is easy. McManama is a Boston-based communications professional, specializing in social business collaboration, executive and employee communication, and behavior change. She is currently employed at Mobiquity, a mobile technology start-up, as the manager of employee communications, wherein she connects employees to each other, leadership, clients and business strategy. Those relationships are the connective tissue that creates culture, builds business and generates revenue. McManama earned a master’s degree in writing and publishing from Emerson College and a B.A. in communication and philosophy from Boston College.
