Jill Larsen

Jill Larsen is the vice president, global human resources for RSA, the security division of EMC.  RSA is a 3,000 employee division of EMC with $1B in revenues. Prior to EMC, Larsen held global VP level HR positions in both the public sector and financial services divisions of SunGard where she was employed for seven years.  She has held senior level HR leadership roles in Fortune 500, global consulting and start-up organizations and began her career in Recruiting at Raytheon and Quantum. Larsen is an active member in her community.  She is currently president of her town’s parents advisory council , an organization for parents of children with special needs.  She leveraged her HR expertise as a member of the executive search interview committees for the town of Wellesley’s school Superintendent.  Larsen also serves as the vice president of the RSA Chapter of the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) and is a member of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF). Larsen earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College with magna cum laude distinction.  She earned her master’s degree in 2009 from Emmanuel College with summa cum laude distinction, winning the Emmanuel Academic Excellence award.  She also has her PHR designation.
