Felicia Jadczak

FELICIA JADCZAK is the co-CEO and head of DEI programming at She+ Geeks Out. She specializes in topics relating to executive leadership, inclusive culture, and recruiting. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader, with personal experience with topics including women in the workforce, multiracial experience, and disability. She worked in the technology industry for over ten years, specializing in the creation and development of innovative programs and solutions, before moving on to co-found SGO. Jadczak received a BA in comparative literature (French, English) from Haverford College. She holds an MBA and a Masters in information systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and is also the recipient of Georgetown University’s Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management.
