Doreen Rigby

Doreen Rigby is executive vice president of State Street’s global operations, responsible for managing the implementation of the operations business transformation efforts. She is also responsible for the service delivery of operations performed at the Syntel Joint Venture in India. Rigby leads the lean project management office, which provides governance and support for lean activities performed globally.
