Cynthia Lariviere

Cynthia Lariviere is a consumer market executive at Bank of America, responsible for Banking Center operations and building community relationships across the state of Rhode Island and the Southwest portion of Massachusetts. In this role, she leads fifty-nine banking centers with over five hundred associates in providing solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring a quality banking experience. Prior to this role, Lariviere was the Consumer Market executive in Western Massachusetts as well as on the South Shore. In addition, she spent almost four years as a customer experience executive, responsible for improving the banking experience for customers across New England, New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2003, Lariviere held various roles with other financial institutions, working in consumer banking, mortgage loan quality review and secondary market planning and pricing roles. Lariviere is active in her local community, volunteering with local homeless shelters and food banks. She is a member of the Lead for Women affinity group as well as the Hispanic Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement at Bank of America.
