Chrissy Wellington, being a division I athlete, knows first-hand how to balance a busy schedule with a healthy lifestyle and strives to help guests maintain a similar balance. Wellington shares realistic tools that lead to success and healthy choices. She specializes in performance and sports nutrition, childhood obesity, family nutrition, metabolism, digestive wellness, gluten intolerance, supplements, insulin resistance, controlling cravings, health relationships with food, eating disorders and clean eating. Wellington earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. John’s University and her master’s degree in clinical nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Wellington is also a certified group fitness instructor and certified indoor cycling instructor.
