CAROLYN SHEA-MORRONE is the US Talent Acquisition Lead for Research & Development and the Vaccines Business Unit at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.  Takeda is a forward-looking, world-class R&D organization that unlocks innovation and delivers transformative therapies to patients.

By focusing R&D efforts on four therapeutic areas and other targeted investments, we push the boundaries of what is possible in order to bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. Our team identifies and recruits research and development scientists, physicians and other specialized experts in the Therapeutic Areas of Gastroenterology, Oncology, Neuroscience and Rare Disease. Carolyn has 20+ years recruiting in healthcare, in both medical device and biopharmaceutical, always passionate about making a difference each and every day.  Carolyn has a BS in legal studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MA  in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University.
