Beth Grous

Beth Grous is vice president, human resources and head of the Boston Human Resources Hub for Sanofi Corporation.  In her current role, she leads a team of HR business partners supporting 5,000+ employees and managers of Sanofi and Genzyme, working across all business units and functional groups.  Grous joined Genzyme in 2002 as a director, human resources, and has been in her current leadership role since 2011, following the acquisition of Genzyme by Sanofi Corporation.  Grous’ prior experience includes HR leadership roles in organizations including Federated Department Stores, ARAMARK, Dell Services and Reebok.  Grous earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University.
